RESIST

I have no Idea what you guys are gonna think of this, but it employs a new technique I learned in school. It involves painting the areas you want to stay white with goauche then covering the whole thing over with india ink. after the ink drys you let water stream over it and the ink will chip off the areas you painted with goauche. You're left with something really gritty and rough looking. I really like this technique I think its the best thing I've learned whilst being in school. Anyway the scan doesn't really do it justice but what do you guys think?
